With over two decades of experience as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse, my career has been dedicated to the specialized care of newborns and their families. Starting as a new graduate in the NICU, I spent over 10 years working bedside, caring for the tiniest and most vulnerable patients. During this time, I performed thousands of newborn heel sticks and became known for my gentle, patient-centered approach to newborn care.

I also had the rewarding opportunity to serve as a NICU Case Manager for the TRICARE contract, ensuring military families received the healthcare they deserved. Afterward, I took on a leadership role at a local children’s hospital, but my passion for hands-on care brought me back to the bedside.
